James W. Martin is a probate attorney in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, with five decades of law practice experience and with board certification in real estate law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He has written seven volumes of law books on Florida legal entities, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, and four volumes on real estate. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at his alma mater Stetson University College of Law (rated #1 in legal writing and trial advocacy by U.S. News and World Report), where he teaches Advanced Legal Writing: Contract Drafting and was inducted into the Stetson College of Law Hall of Fame.
