I am a Florida lawyer, rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, and listed in Marquis Who’s Who. I provide legal advice to clients on real estate, probate, and trust law matters in Florida, including contracts, business entities and litigation. My undergraduate education at Georgia Tech and Stetson University concentrated on math and computers, and my education at Stetson Law prepared me to handle legal problems in Florida. I have written forms books for real estate, entities, and contracts and articles for ALI CLE, ALI-ABA, ABA, and The Florida Bar. I also speak at bar seminars and teach contract drafting at Stetson Law.

I welcome new clients. If I am not able to handle the particular matter, I am often able to associate or refer to someone who can help. Much of my work comes through referrals from existing clients and other lawyers.
