How to insert signature lines: Format | Tabs , then set first tab at left margin (.75" or 1") with left alignment and no leader, then set next tab for first signature line length, left alignment and underline leader (4); when done, press tab key at that location to create each signature line How to replace found phrase with what is on the Clipboard: enter ^c in Replace With
(^ is Shift-6)
 
Characters allowed in file names:
 - . # & $ % _ @ ` ' ! ( ) ^ , ; = . [ ] { }
Enter starts a new line with paragraph number, but Shift-Enter starts a new line without a paragraph number
How to add more rows: press Tab in last cell of last row How to enter a new line with a paragraph mark: Shift-Enter How to remove paragraph marks at end of each line:

Replace with: \1(space)
Hit Replace All
(When you cut and paste text from one document to another, sometimes you get a paragraph mark or new line character at the end of every line.  This deletes them.)
Characters NOT allowed:

How to hide blank page after a table: highlight paragraph mark after table, then Format | Font | Hidden
If you cannot see paragraph marks, press CTRL-*
How to create random text to test a form:
=rand(25)
The number tells the random text generator how many paragraphs of random text to create.
  Maximum # of characters in file name: 40

How to make an icon:
In MS Paint (Programs | Accessories), click on Image | Attributes, enter 32 width and 32 height pixels
Create image
Save with extension .ico
Windows knows it is an icon and saves it as such
Then select that icon for any shortcut by right clicking on shortcut and browsing to the saved icon
